Elizabethtown invention to be on display at trade show

ELIZABETHTOWN, NC (WECT) – An Elizabethtown inventor’s new creation will be on display at the INPEX® trade show in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in June, according to a news release from InventHelp.

Morris McLaurin reportedly created The Wash Caddie Plus™, which the news release described as a “5-gallon bucket and caddie for easy maneuvering and no strain.”

The idea for The Wash Caddie Plus™ was conceived in 2004, the news release said. “While I was washing my car, I bent over to pick up the water hose from the ground and strained my back,” McLaurin told InventHelp. “I developed The Wash Caddie Plus ™ shortly afterwards.”

The invention will be on display from June 13-15 and McLaurin hopes to find a manufacturer, distributor or venture capitalist.
